All jewelry is hand-crafted to order based on your specifications. Returns are not accepted due to customer error or change of mind.

In the event that a product you have ordered is faulty or in any other way does not match your order specifications contact us immediately to arrange the return of your order within 21 days

All delivery options are uninsured.

Studio Sombre is not responsible for parcels that go missing in the transit, and cannot replace items that go missing as this is the responsibility of the elected delivery service.

If an incorrect delivery address is provided at checkout, Studio Sombre is not responsible for locating the parcel. We will not replace items sent to the wrong address if it was entered incorrectly at checkout.

Plain, made-to-order items without gemstones may take 1-2 weeks for your order to be crafted. Made-to-order items with gemstones may take between 2-4 weeks to be crafted.
